Right of Withdrawal

Right to withdraw
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day of conclusion of the contract.

How to exercise
Send a clear statement by email to privacy@trooptac.pro. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects
We will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Start of service
If service starts during the withdrawal period, you shall pay proportionate compensation for services provided until your withdrawal. Once fully performed, your right may lapse.
