Terms of Service

1. Scope & Party – Slava Maajoul (see Imprint).
2. Service – Features incl. “PvP March Calculator”; full use requires an active subscription.
3. Registration/Age/Account – Minimum age 16; accurate info; keep credentials confidential.
4. Subscriptions/Term/Cancellation – Monthly period from purchase date; cancel anytime effective at period end; statutory online cancellation via footer link “Terminate contracts here”.
5. Prices/Taxes/Payment – EUR monthly; § 19 UStG (no VAT); Stripe (once enabled).
6. Right of Withdrawal – See policy; pro-rata compensation/possible lapse upon full performance.
7. Availability/Changes – Best-effort; planned maintenance; reasonable adjustments possible.
8. IP/Restrictions – Protected works; no copying/distribution/reverse engineering beyond agreed use.
9. Liability – Unlimited for intent/gross negligence; otherwise limited to typical foreseeable damages.
10. Governing Law & Venue – German law; consumer protections of domicile remain; venue (merchants): Münster.
