Data Categories

Hetzner Online GmbH (DE), primary DC Falkenstein (DE), Art. 28 DPA in place.

Authentication

Email/password (session/CSRF cookies). Optional Google Sign-In (auth-only cookies; no Analytics without consent).

Payments/Billing

Stripe Payments/Billing (once enabled). Possible third-country transfers under EU-US DPF/SCC. We do not store full payment data.

Cookies

Strictly necessary only (session/CSRF/auth). No analytics/marketing cookies without prior consent.

Retention

• Contract/billing: statutory retention (e.g., 8 years for booking records)
• Account: life of the account; deletion/anonymization afterwards
• Logs: typically up to 90 days

Your Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
